At Caribe Coffee, every step from bean to bag is guided by tradition, technology, and sustainability. We take pride in managing our own wet and dry processing facilities, ensuring the highest quality, consistency, and transparency across all our products.

Wet Processing

Our eco-friendly wet processing involves pulping, fermenting, and washing coffee cherries to maintain purity and flavor. We separate certified and conventional coffee to protect integrity and use high-efficiency equipment.

Dry Processing

Consistency in Every Bean

We use state-of-the-art guardiola dryers to ensure uniform drying, essential for preserving flavor and shelf life. With a capacity of 90,000 quintals per harvest, our controlled drying system protects the bean’s character and delivers premium quality every time.
